What we do?
A. Interior space planning - We will review and recommend where required the interior furniture layout with proposal for a better flow
B. Construction drawings - We will provide you construction drawings that are required for construction of your house, namely:
1. Mood board (develop a internal concept and furniture board)
2. Revised/new interior space planning (plan with furniture at correct size and proportion)
3. Floor finishes (area of each room, specify the material/size/quantity, and starting point)
4. Wall finishes (proposal of wall finishes)
5. Lighting layout plan (position of your light points and switches)
6. Electrical layout (position of your sockets, quantities, height)
7. False ceiling layout plan (specify the height and area)
8. Internal openings (design the door, provide specification and quantity)
9 External openings (provide you list of all external openings
10. Skirting layout plan (specify the total length of skirting required in the house
C. Budgeting - We provide you a bill of quantities of all listed items above to build up you budget and plan your construction in a more realistic way
